After asking a simple question as to whether or not I'd still be able to collect the keys to MY house from them on the agreed date, I was told I'd have to ask my solicitor to get in touch. Pretty pointless and total waste of time. It also took over 3 weeks to get confirmation of the purchase of my house.

Worst ever, went to help with a confirmation (probate) as my father passed away. It was on the 16th of December and to this day the my dad shares in bae system have still not been sold or the correct forms to grant confirmation have not been done. This has took over 6 month. The share price has down losing my family £2000 in share price. Will be take action against them. Important documents have not been sent back or contact have not been made with my family. I would avoid them and save your self the stress and the headache
