Quite handy when you need something out of hours

I have been in this shop many times and have never been treated in this way by a
Shopkeeper before like I was treated today at 10.30 am. 07/12/2016. Simply by the fact that I did not want to accept a broken note, asking him to change it for another one in better conditions. His face and his answers were not the best ones to show to any customers. Also, when he changed the note, I got another one even in worse conditions than the previous one. On top of that, when I was leaving the store he started speaking behind my back. Unbelievable!. It's a shame that there are people who treat customers like this and still keep their jobs. You need holidays my friend!
