Mcdonald'S

Cold and soggy chips, burger awful as not cooked recently. Manager total wast of space. Gave them another chance only to mess up the order. Definitely the worst McDonald's experience I've had. Avoid.

Terrible service. Cold chips and half melted ice cream. Only one nice girl member of staff. And she was cleaning tables etc not behind counter serving food.

Food was nice staff friendly serving me but cleanliness left alot to be desired food on floor under your feet, floor staff member who was meant to be cleaning wasnt very good not very impressed

This sontaran lookin guy yelled at my young male friend for "looking at him" when he wasn't looking. He grabbed his elbow and sarcastically apologised. He was bossing customers around like a spoilt little princess telling them to stand in certain places. The place was too stuffy and hot, I almost cried from the overwhelming heat. Felt like I was in a god damn sauna. I don't want to walk into macdonalds and feel like I'm in Madrid yo. Got a McNuggets happy meal and the chips looked like dead grass. My irn bru was 99% ice and 1% soda. AND THEY FORGOT MY KETCHUP. I am disgusted by the state of this place, never coming to Dundee ever again let alone Macdonalds. I feel like my stomach is digesting three pounds of plasticine. I hope I die from extreme food poisoning e-Coli so my parents can sue.

I was targeted by staff and told i was giving them 'dead looks' and then a member of staff grabbed my arm to tell me to quit it like a child. I have never been so poorly treated in a shop this is truly the height of bad manners and disrespect.
P.S. The chicken McNuggets taste like melted plastic.

Just bought a chocolate doughnut from here and it was stale which has happened now several times ,sort it out McDonald's

Disgusting service, fake smiley staff members who are slow, rude as hell and just uncaring then there's the food which is just .........................

Ordered two so called strawberry milkshakes which were way over priced, both of which myself and my fiancee had ended up dropping into the trash outside of the Wellgate as they were disgusting pink chemical sludge that after one sip (took ages to even suck it up the straw! -.-") made us both feel sick as not only did they taste gross, they also tasted like they were stale ...

We won't be going back here again, we'll be carrying on taking our services to Burger King which is on the upper floor of the Wellgate!

Worst McDonald's I've been to!

Where to start?

Well, I was there last week on Wednesday & to say the least, I was expecting the same as I did in any other McDonald's or fast food outlet: Not total perfect! But at least some kind of decency, that would be genuinely good enough for any customer who pays good money!

I walked in only to be met with high maintenance staff, one looked as though he was about to pass on the floor! And got slightly huffy when someone asked if there was any salts (another point which I will tell you about further down) & oh yeah, a young woman (who looked like she'd been beaten by her boyfriend) had a black eye!

Now, nobody in the right mind should be met with staff who can't keep it together or even remain scarce if they have an injury of any kind! It's just not nice to look at!

I was also quite pissed off that there where NO salts, peppers & serviettes! I mean, come on! What kind of a fast food outlet is that? No salts & peppers? The staff were as about as much use a petrol station attendants! When I asked if they had any! All I got was a useless gay "Sorry we don't have any Salts or Peppers!" Very helpful indeed! I shouldn't even have to go up & ask in the first bloody place if there were any salts or peppers! There should've been some there! Useless b******s so they were!

The food? Well, apart from the Quarter Pounder & Mozzarella Dippers, the fries where sh*t! Utter sh*t!
Yes you heard! They tasted like they came out of some fat mans a******e! They were bloody disgusting! As a way of saying thank you, I chucked them all over the floor under my table! How about that?

Last but least, I don't like this McDonald's because it's cramped & too small! You couldn't even swing a bloody cat in the place!

Overall, this place is a cramped sh*thole! Don't ever go you'll get better service at the other McDonald's near the Overgate!

terrible terrible experiance had to write two letters about it to head office the food is bad the staff are dirty avoid at all costs be healthier eating off a freshly laid dog poo.

most staff here are very rude today a girl who works there with red hair told me to move in a very agressive tone when she was carrying trays i was gathering salt and pepper and straws when she walked up behind me and was very cheeky the food in here is always cold and management need to get a grip of their younger staff
