We are excited to announce that planning permission has been approved for the conversion of this little beauty into 3 new luxury apartments with two new detached family homes in the garden ground.

It's been a busy couple of weeks - several building warrants submitted, planning permission granted for a conversion project in Forfar to form 4 new luxury flats and we have started working on this beauty of a refurbishment project soon to become 11 luxurious apartments.
