Pretty sure I saw a guy from their vans stealing wood from and enviromental charity's land yesterday.

Big company image with white van man mentality. Been servicing my boiler for five years only to discover they had not been checking a vital anti corrosion anode - result - tank corroded - strange that! Not our fault guv that'll be several hundred pounds please!

Useless. I asked them to do a simple job replacing storage heaters in my wee flat but I was told "this is not something we could do for you due to a high level of work". No doubt because of those multi-million pound contracts they seem to be so proud of on their website.

I cannot be bothered writing all that I want to ..... just don't touch them with a barge pole
