Vulnerable elderly and confused gentleman ended up lost after taking us on a £135 mystery tour taxi journey to two football grounds yesterday. Turns out he was trying to get to a football game but was confused and became a little ill. The elderly gentleman had been reported as missing unknown to us. Security at the football stadium (in Greenock)and our driver became concerned at his increasing confused state and called the police who attended straight away. We establishe...d the old guy had been missing all day and it had been reported to the police because he is ill and gets confused with things. No money taken or asked for and the lovely old guy returned safely to his family.
It’s not all about the money honey... ❤️🙏❤️.

Had a blow out in the sidewall of the car tyre while parking yesterday, I called Martin at East Coast and he went away and picked me up new tyres before the garage even opened today and was here first thing to pick up the car. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Above and beyond service from this great garage.

Thanks for taking us to and picking us up from the airport. Neil kindly offered to store our baby's car seat at his house which he would drop off at our home after we returned from our holiday. We ended up using him for both journeys, Efficient, reliable and friendly.

Neil picked us up from South Queensferry and dropped us off at Edinburgh Castle. Not only did he give us a ride, he provided us with lots of background info and was more of a tour guide. We liked him (and his stories) so much we asked him to pick up up at the end of the day to drive us back to the dock.

Left my wallet in the taxi last weekend and this weekend and returned free of charge both times and never had to wait long at all until it was returned! Top quality taxi service would recommend to anyone!!���

Great service from airport to s queensferry this week. Pick up for 5.15 am was there early & I was through security & sitting down with a bacon roll & a coffee in departures 30 minutes later. Appreciate the smooth running. :)

You also gave me a lift on the way in from the airport so by accident a complete McKenzie cars round trip. Also the card receipts you guys both gave me make my life so much easier. Thx.
