We are excited to announce that McMillan Hotels are bringing our produce even closer to home with beef being sourced from only Dumfries and Galloway farms. As always, quality is our highest priority so all of our meat is hand-selected and aged on the bone for a minimum of two weeks before being boned and aged further.
