Good food but hit and miss delivery

Bought and picked up takeaway, crackers were rubber, portion size so small and rice wasn't warm enough when I phoned up and complained they said they would tell the manager!!! No call back or replacement offer. I am fuming and still hungry, wasn't cheap either. The manager was so rude to my wife the next day as we went up to complain, this shop should sort itself out if this is the way they treat customers.

Just received a delivery which arrived on time but the delivery driver was incredibly rude.
Told me he'd been waiting outside for 40 minutes even though we had watched him pull up and walk to the door not 2 minutes prior to this.
He then brashly snapped at me that I should have answered my phone and snatched the tip (which in hindsight he should not have received) from my hand.
Genuinely will not be ordering again due to his complete lack of human decency.
Appalled by the way I was spoken to.

Ordered from the Mearns Wok got a horrible congealed curry and they forget a fried rice which when I phoned up to complain they never offered me a refund. Will not be going back.

Great quality takeaway, one of the best I've had.

Just got our first take away from here and it was horrible. Chicken chow mein was vile and tasteless. .. Will not be back or recommend.. I would rather travel and get fresh chicken.. even the chicken curry was vile... the chicken is the cheapest of the cheap and I hope we don't end up sick.. very disppointing
