Well done to Team Bari Battle Bus - Chris, Fraser and Colin - who took part in the Kilt Walk. They managed to raise £1200 for us! Amazing effort! There’s still time to donate: https://glasgowkiltwalk2019.everydayhero. com/…/the-bari-bat…
Thank you again Team Bari Battle Bus!

At MASScot, we have been offering hypnotherapy and other therapies as a complementary service since 2009. There is a lot of misinformation surrounding hypnotherapy in the media, in regards to what it involves. It is based purely in relaxation and helpful suggestions provided by the hypnotherapist. We spoke to our hypnotherapist Amanda Hope, in order to answer some frequently asked questions surrounding hypnotherapy, who it’s suitable for and what it can help with.
For furth...er information on hypnotherapy and other therapies, visit Amanda’s website at - http://www.alifeinbalance.co.uk For further information or to donate to MASScot, visit our website at - http://www.masscot.org.uk

A reminder that melanoma can appear anywhere on the body, including under your nails and the sole of your foot.

The petition to ban the use of sunbeds in the UK has been relaunched. The Government previously did not appear to take into account information from the World Health Organisation, so please share this and we can follow Australia's lead in removing the danger of commercial sunbeds. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/ 237086…

The Guardian this week shared that skin cancer deaths among men have increased by 70% in the UK over the last 30 years. It really is important for everyone to be sun aware and to check your skin. https://www.theguardian.com/…/skin-canc er-deaths-soar-for-m…
