Melville Golf Centre Description
Melville Golf Centre is truly a golfing centre of excellence. Practice range and course is open to all with Powertees and Shock-resistant mats. Awarded 4 stars as a VisitScotland activity attraction.
The floodlit, heated all weather golf range has automatic pop up Powertees and shock-resistant air cushioned mats . There is a large practice putting green, short game /wee course and a practice bunker. PGA Professional tuition for individuals and groups available at all times on the golf range. Clubgolf group tuition for juniors throughout the year. Last balls on the Range are dispensed ½ hour before closing.
The 9-hole golf course has been built to USGA standard and designed to offer enjoyment to beginners, whilst still offering a challenge to the most able golfers. The course is Pay and Play so all are welcome. For those without equipment, we offer a full hire service of clubs and trolleys. Small group outings by prior agreement. All we ask is that you have a knowledge of playing golf and observe the usual golf etiquette. The golf course starters office is open from 9. 00 am until just before dusk with 24-hour booking for tee-offs on 0131 654 0224.
The golf shop is fully stocked for ladies, gents and juniors with ladies golf wear for both on and off the course our speciality.

Steven with BigMow. BIGMOW has 5 floating cutting heads. Each head has three stainless steel blades all as sharp as a scalpel, which cut the grass into very fine particles (constant mulching). The cutting blades automatically retract if they come into contact with an obstacle.
