Mercedes-Benz Of Ayr

My experience with Ayr Mercedes is very very disappointing. I have an issue with my Alloys as they are flaking and looking tired. It seems as I am not wanting to spend money they are not interested. It has been 12 days now that I took my car to them for evaluation and to have my Alloys refurbished under warranty? No contact whatsoever, and that was even after i called them after 10 days.
Update: Nothing yet and that now makes 13 days?
Well guess what it's now 14 days and nothing. Not even a reaction about this post?
Hello, well after 16 days and still no contact from Mercedes Ayr. What does this say about their customer services? They don't do anyone proud!

Excellent service could not have been better

Nice place to be but the staff weren't as attentive as the Glasgow Benz staff

Recently bought e350 from dealership. Had great experience and aftercare, so far, has been great.

Repaired my 10 year old E280. Had a few communication issues with their staff (failed to phoned back on numerous occasions), which is a pity as the repair and price would have got them 5 stars otherwise.

Great service for buying a car. Colin really helped. Not sure how good the after sales will be as haven't experienced that yet.....all I can say is that Mercedes-Benz service packs are a ripoff £35PM, comon, get real!! No reflection on Stratstone though.

Incompetent and cheap , bought car from them , had to take it back 6 weeks later , brakes needed replaced , tried to weasel out of it , DON'T USE THEM , Service and customer experience awful .

I first delt with this dealer 7 years ago when I bought a new ML. The experience was dreadful, amateurish and the service from the sales department non existent.
I have now had the misfortune to have to deal with them again. In the last 7 years the service from them has if anything got worse.
Try dropping off your car with the sales department after the service department had closed. Although this is a service they claim to offer my experience proved somewhat different.
Arriving at 6.45 I found the showroom closed
Eventually a lone salesman approached the locked door to explain "we're closing early tonight"
Try contacting them by phone,after 6 pm it will more than likely just ring off the hook
I can only say in my experience...avoid this branch
