I WOULD avoid this garage unless you have a panoramic sun roof and more than £6000 pounds later! this is a must read!
I dropped my wife's car of to get lots of work done and more it would seem , the sun roof was serviced and her car does not have a sun roof ,I showed the service desk man the car had no sun roof so he agreed and I got a refund I thought cool !
It was at this point I Should have realised stop don't do it but hey I dropped my car of for its service and air con service ,a week later I returned from holiday to pick up my s class paid another 1000 pounds roughly and was on my way out the car park when I realised air con not working ,I reversed back to tell the service desk man the air con is not working so they took it in for a further look and said bring it back in a couple of weeks, the car went back to Coldstream and later they told me it is another 500 pounds roughly to fix as it need lots of bits to repair that they failed to notice the first time ,Sounding familiar ,failed to see my wife car does not have a sun roof but hey easy mistake to make!
I don't have any faith in the works done or the billing as the repair price changed buy another 500 pounds WHAT A SUPRISE ! for a bit they forgot to add on ,I will not be using this Mercedes's garage again ,make your own mind up on this one I WILL BE AVOIDING STEVE

Best Mercedes dealer I have ever dealt with, so helpful and genuine, had a little problem with the car and they could not have done more to help.
