Took the car in for it's first MOT (booked online) and an issue under the guarantee which was dealt with no argument. Just one small issue, please update the customer on how long the whole experience is likely to take, other than that excellent customer service. I personally would recommend Eastern Western Newbridge. Thanks Guys.

Rude and arrogant sales people (Douglas Brown) and when you ask management for a personal apology they refuse .Terrible company who don’t care and only respond when you put the truth on reviews.

My advice try BMW across the road ,although the same group they are managed by different people and the difference in customer service is astounding.I couldn’t believe the difference so much so they got my sale.The sad truth is that we were out to buy a Mercedes that day and this should have been an easy sale for them.The X5 is a superior car to the GLE in every way so they done me a favour.!

This not what you expect from Mercedes Benz. Stuff front desk are good but dealing with people if you want to buy it's on very low level specially if they offer you car they bought from rental company's. There is no negotiations what so ever. Go to Lexus or Bmw across road. Different world. Shame on you Mercedes

Terrible service and terrible garage. Seem to be nothing more than money grabbers. From the guys at the bottom right to the top boss.

They will try and find a way to charge you for everything. Charges coming from everywhere.

I could imagine somewhat overwelming for some.

Been here 3 times and each time has been nothing short of a shambles.

Originally when trying to purchase my car from newbridge i was told i couldn't get the options i'd chosen despite the website allowing me and me knowing i could due to friends with similar cars.

Staff are uneducated about their products and have terrible attitudes.

Would give zero stars if possible.

The mercedes garage in willonrae has a much better level of service, made to feel very welcome. Not left to wait around, very attentive and knowledgable about their products.

I eventually got the car i was looking for from the williobrae dealership after wasting far too much time with these jokers.

Furthermore, an awful lot of diesel was used from my csr for a simple service. Very suspicious, but unfortunetly i didn't take a note of my mileage before leaving my car with this dealership.

It's the only eastern western showroom i've been too with such terrible service. I suspect it's their worst branch.

If you don't have warranty, then don't go to the main dealerships as they will just hit you with bill after bill. Better to go to a independent specialist who will do the same job for half the price. I had my last service this year in April, (all went well and I can't fault them on their care when your car is under warranty) in August my car starts appearing with a small puddle of water in the rear passenger footwell. (A known issue with the A class from research) I phoned up to arrange a diagnosis £65.00 for first half hour, but they need my vehicle for 3 days and that's just to diagnose the problem. After this I would then be given the bill for the issue and then see if I would like to proceed. My car is just 3 years old and already having problems with it. I thought Mercedes was supposed to be reliable cars but they seem to be overrated.

First time I have used this place but very pleased with them. Lots of info given, very polite. They picked up my car for a service and MOT as I couldn't drive and delivered it the next day.

Best Mercedes dealership jn Scotland! Best honest sales exec is JR . Service team are the best. Much better than the other dealerships.

Purchased parts a few times for this location. Service has always been good.

Listed a car last night which they don't have and was sold months ago apparently and used all the wrong pictures. Basically took a day off work to go and see a car that they aren't even selling. Lots of standing around and waiting was in there for 1hr 30mins, and not really interested in doing a decent deal as the car was already overpriced, but even more so considering it doesn't have a £1400 pack as shown in the pictures. The deal offered was very poor and obviously tried to upsell gap insurance and fabric guards etc. Didn't expect a main dealer to list a car with all the wrong pictures and they clearly didn't check.

We have dealt with this dealership over the last 3 years and all I can say this is one of the best dealerships in Scotland.

Stuart Potter has always been our point of contact and there is really nothing at all to fault with any aspect of our purchases.

Considering a new car in the next few months, so I will be back there to see Stuart.

Aftersales is also very good, we had a couple of issues when my wifes A Class was serviced, but all resolved completely and without fuss.
