Mercedes-Benz Of Edinburgh

Visted last week and booked a test drive. Visited today for the scheduled test drive. According to the salesman, they could only let us take out an automatic because they decided to sell the car we were due to test drive this morning. Total waste of two afternoons. Didn't try to phone us. We felt the general customer service was poor on both visits. Would not recommend.

Do not go to Mercedes in wilowbrae Edinburgh the mangers do not lesson to completes from customers and they truly believe they are above everyone . And about there staff a Mercedes pick up and collect driver verbally abuse me and i was a customer . Customer service is shocking.
As soon as i put this up someone has side the operate mmmm i wonder could it be a members of staff ? or not ?

From the girls on the desk, the salesmen and even the bosses, every single member of staff i spoke to was a delight.

LIAM had dealt with me from the start, taking me on a test drive within minutes of arriving. His knowledge of the cars and products was second to none. He came across as a very honest and friendly guy and bent to some many needs of mine whilst i had a 5/6 month wait on my car.

His boss was also a fantastic, (i can't remeber his name unfortunetly) taking time to come and talk to me, making sure everything was going smoothly. He went out his was to provide me with curtesy car's if and when i needed due to me selling my car before my new one arrived.

I really couldn't rate the dealship highly enough.

Again, I dealt with liam and can only recomened asking for him when you arrive. Although i'm positive the others are just as attentive and caring to your needs.

Small enough to have an intimate feeling.

Great customer service.

You get attended to quick and then a nice smooth experience starts from there and before you know it you are driving away in a new Merc.

Friendly on the ball service.
