First and last time!!!!!
Bought a 3 month old ex demo Cla 180 which had done only 3400 miles from this garage and had the worst experience of my life ever,
-first problem was the aircondition they had to get that replaced,
-Second problem Is the clicking noise from passenger side front wheel, took the car there about 4 times and still can't find the problem!!!!!
-Third biggest problem is the gearbox which they had to replace on very low millage and took them 40 days to get the gear box replaced !!!! ( they gave me a courtesy car but kept my car there for 40 days !!!!! ) .
Ps gearbox still judders and car kicks when you select drive and release hand break.
Forth problem is the parking sensors kept going off and to fix this problem they had to put two ugly looking plastic brakets next to reg plate and car looks so ugly with this alteration !!!! When I made a complaint the reply was this is how we've been told to fix it by Mercedes-Benz !!!!!
Ps The car only done 16700 miles so far and only god knows what other problems I'll be getting soon.

Please keep away from this dealer because they won't be offering you a permenant solution they'll keep bringing you in until warranty is finished and you know what happens next .

I had went into this Mercedes branch before and was left unsatisfied with the thought of never giving them another chance but i was wrong so ended up back in for a service for my Mercedes s63 and the welcoming was amazing great service from( Logan Leith service team manager highly recommended as his customer care was out of this world)he was waiting on my arrival.his customer service skills were just the way a high brand like Mercedes-Benz should be if not better.i would advise anyone who has left a bad review previously to give them a opportunity to prove there customer care and thank you to (George service manager) for taking in my previous experiences will always be back.my review changed now from 1 star to 5 star

Handed my Mercedes S63 AMG into Mercedes Giffnock for a health check due to noises coming from the breaks and to check the wipers due to a squeaky noise the drivers side was making. Got a report back around 3pm, I never told them that the car was already in Mercedes 2 weeks prior for a check in Mercedes York. What can I say both reports are different also I hadn't told Mercedes Giffnock that a new windscreen was replaced last week but after getting the car back today they are telling me the wipers are fine it's the screen that has scratches on it. When I gave the car in the Morning there was no scratches because I only got the glass put on a week ago so now I have had to call Mercedes U.K. To find out why I am trying to get my pants pulled down and which Mercedes branch is telling the truth. I am told in the report that front breaks are around 50% but should be replaced due to noise coming from them well if that's the case don't you think that they should be under warranty if they are original break pads at 50% and making noises why should I pay as they clearly are faulty. Secondly Mercedes in York said that rear break discs are 25mm on them and Mercedes in giffnock saying 24mm what less than minimum and needs to be replaced with the rear pads as well but I have only had the car back from mercedes york a few weeks so how is there a difference of 1mm on the discs (which is equivalent to 30,000 miles). They told me about the windscreen scratches but they Didn't realise that yesterday when I booked it in there staff member Paul from parts was sitting in the driver side car and checked the windscreen and also checked it from outside and there was no scratches on the screen because it's a new screen that had been put on a few weeks ago someone is at it and was trying to hit me a bill of £3500.00 today I can't believe how annoyed I was walking out there not to forget when I went to collect the car my car was parked in a very dangerous way so close to another car that I could not of even get through to open the door so I had to have a go at them and they told me they were sorry is this how Mercedes giffnock treat there customer who have a top end car what is meant to be classed as there prestige Motors that they swear by well I wonder how they treat there other cars and customers and clearly I can tell by the bad reviews that I am seeing on here

Paul in parts has always supplied me with the correct parts and good service,on the down side customer parking is very poor

Awful Experience, Awful management and shocking customer care. Car was faulty when bought, had damage that was not repaired and would not drive in a straight line. After several visits and meetings with management they failed to to fix the car. Issue was escalated to the dealer principal who failed to act an car was deemed a loss and traded into BMW across the road,. Would not recommend whatsoever and have heard many similar stories. Reviews say it all.

Picked up our new car here. Great service and a pleasure to do business with this dealership. Many thanks to Bob Currie who made the whole thing very easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Purchased a c class amg in July 2016, absolutely fantastic service, unbelievably welcoming, no pressure selling, genuinely helpful. Took my car back for a warrenty issue, I stay 2.5 hours from the nearest Mercedes and brian from the service department offered to collect the car from my house and leave a courtesy car whilst the repair got carried out. Very impressed.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Bought a Mercedes from this place. Dropped to me with faulty handbrake! Didn't get to even drive the car. Another Mercedes dealer checked the car... and what they told me...SHOCKING. Was initially refused a refund then after about 30 phone calls eventually got it!
VERY rude staff and used car sales management!
VERY VERY poor customer service!
Just trying to reach targets, don't care about the customer!
One star is too much for this place.

Very pleased. Great service as always from the guys at Giffnock. Wouldn't use any other dealer. Always made to feel welcome, name remembered, real personal touches, backed up with good service.
