Always received good survive here. Like the fact they have a comfortable waiting area for working while you wait on your car.

Avoid. They are terrible. Bought a used car from them. Was ignored for more than a month about the issues I have. Finally my car visited the service department where not even half the issues where fixed ( in 2 weeks time). Was not given the paperwork relating what has been done with the car ( service department says papers passed to sales department, sales department says that is not true). Have notified sales manager Richard Helm, service manager Jim Frew and dealer principal Martin Jewell about no papers given to me and no reaction. Had a call in a morning from a guy standing at my door saying he is to collect my car with no arrangement made with any manager from Mercedes. Ridiculous as now I am forced to spend more time in contacting the Motor Ombudsmen to just try and get paperwork related to my car visiting a Mercedes Service Department.

This MB salesroom is shocking. I was a repeat customer (over 15 years) and on the last few occasions, I was treated disgracefully by the sales staff. I came back last year and booked a test drive. I turned up on the day and the sales person dealing with me was 15 mins late. To add insult to injury, he had no idea what I had asked to test drive. Matters compounded when he said he may be able to provide a fully spec'd car similar to the one that I was looking for as a test drive - even though I explicitly requested a mid-range model as there is often a difference at this level. Anyway, I also asked for prices and was directed (by the manager) to their generic MB website ... absolutely NO personal service or even interest in doing any work on my behalf. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. It will definitely be the last time I go there. Also note: the response I will get to this rating will be the exact same as all of the other complaints - a bog standard answer from MB. Useless!

Dreadful! I went there fully intending to buy a new Mercedes. Made an appointment, viewed some cars and had a test drive. No real problems. I then asked the sales assistant to email me some pricing options to consider. I received an email with a link to the website. So I got back in touch asking for some more details but got no response. A week later I tried again and told them that I wanted the car, still no response. Three weeks down the line and I have ordered my new Mercedes from Arnold Clark instead. I'll never go near this place again. Despite my efforts I couldn't give them my business.

Good range of cars on display and friendly sales staff. Sadly they couldn't beat the PCH price I was offered from a Mercedes dealer in England. Which was very disappointing the only difference to me is I get my car delivered to my house rather than the dealer. I expect equal pricing or price matching from a brand like Mercedes especially since it was a new car.

I had my car serviced here last year and had horrendous problems which I won't elaborate here however because I had taken out one of their maintenance deals I was obliged to go there for my next service and mot last week. My car was booked in for the Friday and to be helpful I dropped it in on Thursday lunchtime. I received a text health report of my car around 11.45 on the Friday basically telling me all was ok and I phoned to ask when the car would be ready. I was told that it would be probably another 40 minutes. I walked to the garage at 2.00 hoping the car would be ready to pick up and was told by the service guy that he had not realised there was a bottleneck with the mot's but hopefully it would be done soon. I sat in their reception area to wait... and wait ... and wait - but hey I got a cup of tea. finally a reception lady approached me looking very sheepish to take payment for the mot which passed with no problems at 5.30. She did show me to the car and told me it was a pleasure meeting me. So that's ok then. This garage has the customer relations skills of a stoat and I certainly will not be back there.

Got my car back yesterday from repair. Need to give the thumbs up to the workshop and Elaine. They have done a very good job in all areas! Thank you!

Very well looked after by Maureen Hay from the fleet team at Mercedes Glasgow, she took extra time to ensure we were completely satisfied with our car and explained everything very well to us. Thank you Mo we will def recommending to you to our family and friends.

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership during the last year. The sales experience in both cases was positive. My dealings with Richard Helm in particular were decent. However, the after-sales is awful. Lots of the employees that I have had dealings with have good interpersonal skills in terms of being well presented but the actual service is dire and it just shouldn't be the case in a Mercedes Benz dealership. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this dealership and if you want a positive after sales experience I suggest you avoid.

Shocking to say the least. Actually felt a burden to give them my 25k. Car had issues which were not rectified and resulted in me giving it back 2 days later. In my opinion go to Mercedes Ayr.

Grate service as usual from Steven and Bob at pre owend cars never had eny problems with eny of my cars just got an e class 250 cdi sport my seventh car thanks again to all the team .

Couldn't of asked for better. Dealt with Simon in used car sales. He made the process so simple and everything was done to the car as promised . Would highly recommend.
