Got our car serviced service very good and helpful staff.

First time I called very helpful and friendly since my car has been in I have had to phone 3 times for no one to get back to me !! No communication between staff. I would not recommend anyone to use this dealership as I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.my car is still under warranty and I require something to be rectified urgently as I use my car for my work. What is the point in paying for a warranty if it is going to run out by the time anyone will get back to me !!

My experience at Mercedes Hamilton has previously been very disappointing. Last October I passed my driving test and went to look at buying an A-class and when I arrived at the dealership it took a good 20 minutes until a salesman came and spoke to me even though there were several salesmen standing at the door talking. I felt like this is due to them not taking me seriously due to me only being 18 years old. When the salesman finally approached me he was dull and seemed like he didn’t what to sell me a car and told me to come back the following day with no explanation to why. Instead I travelled 35 miles to Arnold Clark Mercedes-Benz of Grangemouth where the customer service was on a totally different level.
I have a service at the Hamilton dealership mid-November due to it being an easier location for me and I’m hoping that the customer service is better than my last experience.

Bought our son his first car from here and the customer service has been nothing but brilliant. Hopefully (in a good way) I don't have to contact them again! The way they've looked after not only ourselves but the presentation of the car when we received it has been very good. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, special mention to Frank :)

After using Mercedes Hamilton for almost 12 years, the last two occasions have shown me that they are not really interested in helping you, only interested in taking your money and refusing to offer assistance with any problems you might have. All these negative reviews tell you all you need to know.

My car is a company lease which was made clear to the person with whom I booked the service. It should also have been obvious from the car's Mercedes Benz service history that it was a lease car. Unfortunately I missed two calls from the service department the last of which advised the car would not be returned until I'd paid for the service. I was left with no car overnight. Although I missed the calls this should never have been an issue as all service and maintenance costs are down to the lease company and that would have been on the service history of the car.

Just because you pay a premium price doesn't mean you should expect a premium service. Purchased an "Approved Used" 2 year old C220 from these cowboys which had nothing but issues from the onset resulting in almost 10 visits to the Mercedes Glasgow garage within a 10 month duration. Despite video and photographic evidence showing issues this was refuted by the Hamilton branch who were unable to disclose their testing methods and also refused to buy the car back.

Regarding their service, I was also Hung up on by one of the branch receptionists during conversation who clearly couldn't take the pressure of being the middle man between an irate customer and cowardly management and don't waste your time complaining to the MB Customer services team - chances are you'll either be directed back to the dealership or the Ombudsman - ultimately more time appears to be spent avoiding your issue than resolving.

To add to misery, the front brake discs and pads of the "approved used vehicle" required replacement within 10 months and 7000 miles of purchase with the rear not far behind. Prior to committing to a purchase ensure you are competent enough to check these and the car thoroughly or better yet avoid entirely.

Manager David should brush up on his customer service skills, not a great role model to his sales team. Terrible attitude. Most certainly will not be doing any deals with this branch due to his manner.
