I found the lady very helpful as I didn't no what I was doing. I wish I'd gotten her name.
She helped me box etc my parcel ( I'd never sent one b4 ) her recommendation as to which post was very helpful to say the least.
Also, I found lady at shop counter to be pleasant though very busy.
