Message Of Hope Description
"For in hope we have been saved. . . " Romans 8: 24 The modern idea of hope is to "wish for" or optimistically believe for something. According to Bible usage, the words that were translated into "hope" indicate a certainty, a strong and confident expectation. Hope deals with things we haven't seen or yet received, but are promises that have occurred or will occur in accordance with God's Word.
Our mission is to share the eternal hope that is in Christ Jesus! This hope has changed us into people who see this life as a temporary sojourn. It has changed what we value and affects what we do with our lives. This hope leads us to the pursuit of Kingdom priorities. "For it is this we labor and strive, because we have fixed our hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers" 1 Timothy 4: 10
Directors, Mike and Sheri Johngrass, are currently working in Edinburgh, Scotland, U. K. In addition, Message of Hope partners with Bishop Sydney Thomas of Victory Outreach Liberia. Our partners boldly declare the Message of Hope of Jesus Christ to those who have never heard, demonstrate His love for humanity, and strive to improve the lives of those who are suffering.
