Visited the Aberdeen store yesterday - somebody really needs to have a word with the staff here. When I entered the shop there were 3 of the staff (2 females & a male) laughing uproariously about whatever - ok, there were no other customers in the shop but they should surely stop the juvenile capering when a customer goes into the shop? No, they didn't 😡 Then I started to browse through the clothes rail and a female (with a VERY short black lace dress on) came over and asked if I needed help with any sizes. Ok, that's good customer service. I said "No thanks, I'm just browsing). But as I browsed she continued to hover about 3 feet away from me, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then I started looking at shoes, and found a shoe I liked. After her too-close hovering, I really didn't want to ask black lace dress girl but another girl approached so I asked her for the left shoe of the one I'd tried on. Off she went to get it. FIVE MINUTES passed before the stockroom door opened and the girl, quite obviously having a conversation with someone in the stockroom as she was standing with the shoe box in her hand and the door half open chatting to someone, returned with the left shoe. I actually SAID to her "I was beginning to think the shoe was lost or something?" - she just laughed, no apology for taking so long whatsoever! Anyway, against my better judgement I bought the shoes because I really liked them, but next time I want to buy MIchael Kors merchandise I will shop online, as I don't really rate the customer service in the Aberdeen store very highly. Given it's a fairly high end brand selling quite expensive merchandise, I think a refresher course in customer service wouldn't go amiss for some of the staff.

I must say i wasn't very impressed today at all or any other times I've been in this store. I usually buy most things online. I have quite a michale kors collection and decided to nip in today to get a new purse that was better for size for a particular one of my handbags. But got looked at like a Peice of crap on their feet apon arrival! Then treated like royalty when leaving after making a purchase. Then I get home to find I have the complete opposite of what I wanted so now I have to make another 80 mile round trip again to change their misstake! Won't be shopping here again after I manage to fix their misstake. Terrible customer service- very snobby.

I wanted to buy a shoes and shop assistant took them to the till and I went to try on some cloths. When I back and wanted to pay for all my staff I knew that someone else sold the shoes out which were waiting for me!!! no one could explain to me how it happened. Never visit that shop again
