Midmar Capital is an FCA-authorised investment management firm that provides regulatory incubation and support services for start-up investment businesses with a focus upon alternative assets such as private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. As we come from asset management backgrounds ourselves, we recognise that newly-established investment firms need to be focused on making good investment decisions in order to develop and grow. Our business is providing support with regulatory authorisation, compliance and other non-investment decisions that can detract from this focus.
