Millard Consulting is a Consulting Engineering practice. "More than civil engineers" - we provide a comprehensive range of civil, structural and environmental engineering services from pre planning through to detailed design and certification stage. Millard Consulting helps its clients to realise their goals in both the built and natural environments. We undertake a wide variety of projects for private and public sector clients, ranging from single housing units to major development proposals including hospitals, schools, hotels, university buildings, business parks, care homes, office buildings, leisure facilities, major housing developments and minerals facilities. Millard Consulting has offices in Dundee, Perth and Stirling and undertakes projects throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK.
