Went for meal with son, daughter in law and grandchildren on Saturday night. Lovely meal. Reasonably priced. Staff friendly and service excellent!
Wonderful encounter for serving breakfast just till 0730 in the morning, lacking a clear notice to their group residents on such "special" arrangement
Really friendly staff. A large cooked breakfast was also included in the price. The chef came out to check everything was ok and when he saw I hadn't eaten my bacon and sausage he insisted on putting it in a roll and packing it in a box for my partner to eat later (which he was very appreciative of at about lunchtime!). Breakfast was a choice of cereal, fruit juice, tea or coffee with toast. The cooked breakfast was fried, poached or scrambled eggs with black pudding, bacon, sausages, fried mushrooms, beans and I think hash browns. It was lovely. The room was clean, tidy and quite spacious with a good ensuite shower
Friendly warm atmosphere.
I had a very poor nights sleep here. Room 40 is incredibly hot with the heating switched off and if you open the window you'll be woken regularly by a noisy ventilation fan from next door. Other rooms might be better but I wouldn't recommend room 40 to anyone.
Booked a meal for a group of 18 on a Saturday night. Service was exceptional and the food was fantastic. Really made the night for everyone.
Food excellent, staff courteous and friendly and great prices. Would recommend this place to everyone.
