We were recommended Minato Sushi by some friends and decided to give it a try. I've been to several sushi restaurants around Edinburgh over the years, but as a vegan the choices are quite limited.



Jen definitely knows her way around making vegan sushi and offers so much more choice than I would have ever expected from small local and big chain restaurants alike! Jen offers a wide variety of vegetarian sushi that she happily makes vegan friendly. The variety in our platter amazing and we scoffed down half our platter almost seconds within us shutting the door after our order was delivered!



We've already put in another order and can't wait for more delicious vegan sushi to be delivered right to our door :)

We had a mix of fish, veggie and chicken sushi today for lunch. It tasted soooo good. It was as much a treat for the eyes as the tummy. There was one coeliac in the group, and everything was clearly labelled which was really helpful. Excellent service. We will use again.

Probably the best sushi I've ever had. The classic pieces - salmon nigiri etc - were done really nicely, but there were also pieces I'd never had before. The chicken katsu rolls were a real stand out. Thanks for helping me sort out a birthday dinner at home...

My friends and I had the vegan platter + an avocado and tofu roll( can't remember the name) . It was all delicious and so fresh. We devoured it far too quickly but felt incredibly satisfied after! Delivery was on time. Service was superb and the taste was excellent. We were VERY happy with it. Looking forward to ordering and enjoying it again!

I ordered a variety of rolls: steak and asparagus, chicken teriyaki, chicken katsu, spicy tuna and vegetable maki. Jennifer had some car trouble and had to delay our delivery by a day, so she kindly threw in an extra crab and avocado roll for us. All of the food was delicious, we ate voraciously. The little details made it special too: the boxes were beautifully presented, and chopsticks, soy, wasabi and pickled ginger were all packed in the bag.



We'll definitely be ordering from Minato Sushi again!

Have ordered from Jen a number of times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Good portion sizes and the foods always been amazing. Really fresh, delicious, great quality � .. The caterpillar roll is my favourite!!! But it's a tough call!! X

We moved away and one of the things that is a must when we visit the Lothians is to order. Sushi is always fresh and delicious and very reasonably priced for the excellent quality, with a great variation in types and flavours. Can't wait to visit the Lothians again to order more. Jen is also a lovely person and always very happy and helpful when she delivers.

Amazing Sushi! I ordered a mixture of different options to cater for a mum's wine and sushi party. Everything was gorgeous, especially loved the tempura prawn, chicken katsu and teriyaki chicken - I've never had chicken sushi before so it was lovely to have something new. The fish and veggie options were also well received and the pickled ginger was nicer than any I've ever had.

Delivery arrangements were perfect, we live in south west Edinburgh - and Jen was a pleasure to deal with. We'll definitely be ordering again!
