This Tuesday, The Seaforth Club....Mindfulness drop in session...all welcome, 7pm. £7...

Feeling really inspired to have been able to listen to the stories of why people in the Armed Forces and Police have started practising Mindfulness, and why they want to bring it to help others in their workplaces....very humbling and grateful to have been invited, and determined to bring all our skills and heart to the project....All Party Parliamentary Group, Mindful Forces, researchers from various Universities...amazing amazing..!!!!

These ladies are sunshine. They make sense of life and help you learn ways of enjoying everything life throws at you. On the course you learn skills that help you see the world in a better way. I would love to see mindfulness classes being taught in schools and would encourage anyone to try a taster session and start enjoying a happier more content life. Xx

Jan's incredible insight and knowledge of the mindfulness practices she lives and breaths has been an incredible support to me as I continue to nurture my soul and grow as a person. I have valued our sessions and continue to practice my new found skills and I'm not afraid to go back for more!

Jan & Elke are both lovely, supportive and great mindfulness teachers. They are experts & were able to explain the science to go along with the practices. I have seen Mindful Forces in action with the military & the benefits people have experienced as a result.



I attended one of the 8 week courses & have continued practices at home with the recordings. Mindfulness has helped me to stay calm during stressful times likes exams, focus better when studying, re-set to help deal with difficult emotions or re-focus during the day, feel better when ill & to look after myself.

Having met Jan & Elke at a networking event they hosted I felt instantly calm in their presence and the techniques they showed and taught us did amazing things to my stressed overloaded mind, I began to focus in the present and not the stories in my head! I am very keen to learn more from them and highly recommend if you feel need to get away from the negative mental chatter in your head and feel more positively productive, not mention some kindness.

Elke is the most inspirational and talented lady I know. I did mindfulness with Elke as an 8week course it gives you a completely new insight into you and your life but it was eye opening to realise how much we miss out on and take for granted without realising it. This course was amazing and Elke is just the best !
