Did you know that most of our stocked cheese is made in Scotland? When I decided to start the business, I also decided that we should try to stock as many locally produced products as possible and we have a wealth of talent in the Scottish cheese industry. Anster is unpasturised, made by St Andrew's Farmhouse Cheese Company, it is dry, crumbly and has a fresh flavour which is complemented by a good chutney and scottish oatcakes.
