My wife had her lips done here by Georgina and I am so gutted at how bad they turned out. She ended up getting them dissolved elsewhere and didn't have any confidence left. I would avoid this place now. If a hairdressers can allow someone to do this to your lips what will they do to your hair. I will upload images if I can

The staff is so so friendly they made me feel so comfortable and had a nice chat with the girl. I got the LVL lashes treatment and I have gotten it done previously in other places but wanted to try it here. They were not what I expected the lift was minimal and didn't last long.

I love this place. I started off with just getting my eyelashes done here but now I get everything done, waxing, hair ect. I've always received excellent customer care, had some issues with my hair but i've always been happy with the end result and the staff are so friendly, can't wait to go in and see how it looks now its renovated

If you came for a chat, then I will give 5 stars. But if you come for a haircut, then I give only 1 star. The haircut took less then 10 minutes. Hairdresser dried my hair for about 20 minutes by blazing air! As the result, I got over-dried hair and burned scalp. After all, I trimmed the hair by myself then I got home.

Had a wax from a Groupon voucher I bought and couldn't be anymore happier. Although running a little late, Chelsie was so accommodating and for my first wax eased me in so much. I'm so happy with it and couldn't have asked for better service. Will definitely be back!

Beware using this lot if you have a Groupon voucher. I was unable to get an appointment, at any time with them and they refused to honour it into the next week even. I explained that it was a gift and that I had received it only a short time before. I had to wait a week before I could even speak to anyone about it. Very snippy and unhelpful, extremely poor attitude and customer service. I live and work close by and will tell all the girls at work and neighbours to avoid.
