Well done to every single person involved with tonight's Miss West Lothian 2019 grand final, in whatever capacity and best wishes to Emma for future events. We will have loads of video and pictures added tomorrow. The results were: 1st, Shannon McMillan; 2nd Nicole Sivess; 3rd Danielle Wallace; Miss West Lothian Ambassador, Naomi Evans.

The amazing Lauren Kyle will again be topping the bill at next week's Miss West Lothian 25th anniversary final in Grand Central next Wednesday evening, 10 April. Admission £5, with every penny going to the charity Team Jak.

The finalists for this year's 25th anniversary Miss West Lothian charity event, at Grand Central on Wednesday 10 April, are: Lucy Lawson, Cody Laptucha, Nicole Sivess, Loren Keenan, Danielle Wallace, Jessica Bowman, Jade Slane, Naomi Evans, Erin Battersby, Toni Graham, Shannon McMillan, Anna Suszko, Eilidh Harker and Nicole Alterado. Thanks to everyone who entered, and I hope all the other girls will come along on the night, to cheer on the finalists and help raise as much money as possible for Team Jak. Well done to all.

The Miss West Lothian 'Preparing for the Final' workshop will take place on Tuesday 26th March from 7pm - 9pm at Grand Central, Livingston (upstairs lounge).

Miss West Lothian entrants, past and present, are wanted to help with a bag pack for Team Jak at Morrisons, Livingston South, from 10am - 4pm this Saturday 16 March. Even half an hour would help. This is to raise much needed funds for the new Jaks Den Mark 2 which will hopefully be opening in a couple of months, and also raising awareness about the charity and what they do. Lilly, daughter of Miss West Lothian ambassador Rachel Hope, has cancer and celebrated her fourth birthday with a party at Jak's Den yesterday. "Team Jak has been an amazing resource for me," said Rachel.
