Total rip-off merchants ... quoted 3 different prices, now they have scooter they say we would be better off buying new one as it would cost more to repair ... stay clear

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Took from 18 th July until 21 august to get a part for mobility scooter repair. Charged me £150 for repair then told me it wasn't worth repairing as it needed almost £800 more repairs. Why continue with repair when they knew it was a write off? They don't even deserve one star. Almost 8 weeks down the line and I have a broken scooter that's no good. And they got £150 out of me. Incidentally, some of the good reviews are from employees!

Very helpful. Suggested options for a new rollator for my granddad, explained features and let him try some out outside to get a proper feel for them. Friendly and easy to deal with.

The reviews I've read just don't add up to the same store I visit!
I've bought many products from here and billy and the team have always gone the extra mile. Even out of hours if I had a query I would get a email response back.
The ex display massage recliner is amazing and the high turnover of products in the warehouse just show how popular and reliable the store is!
Don't go by other negative reviews... Go and see for yourself! Great customer service and everyone is super friendly....

Not nice payed £1200 cash for my mobility scooter and got sent the shop floor one the mirror I spent an extra £20 for was spinning like a windmill one arm rest was higher than the other so all in all I waited 2 weeks to get a new scooter would never buy from them again
