Me and my better half worked on a dry stone wall on a farm in Slaidburn.......pictures of start and finish.

Been on a dry stone walling course with my gorgeous partner for the last two days, this is my part of the wall built by me, have exam in June by the Dry Stone Walling Association.😁

Thought me and my partner would try Darwen market today.......however after taking the time and effort setting up yesterday, we were there for 1/2 hour this morning before certain market traders moaned about my stock telling me I can't sell any of my goods, as they would be the same type of goods they were selling, I was then informed by the market inspector that those traders in question had licences to be the only ones on Darwen market to sell certain types of stock I.e. Shoes. I was selling vintage inspired jelly shoes, that market trader did not have any in stock.......as for the rest they were clearly worried about me being new blood and did not like it, that market needs new blood and they need to let new people on it? There are competition laws in place so having licences to sell certain things is absolute shit

Found this in a Yorkshire antique shop, I bought it and took it back to Blackburn where it belongs.....does anybody know who this person is there surname is Eddleston and the date on picture is 1972 associated with the market and married in 1950......Please Share.......I don't want any money for it I would like to return it to the family it belongs too.
