Currently playing in the Midlands Second Division on a Saturday afternoon, Monifieth Tayside play their home matches at Riverview Park. Finishing 5th in 2010 /2011, Gordon Pelling took over the 1st team in January and narrowly missed out on promotion. He did however lead Tayside to their first piece of silverware in 10 years, the Carne Trophy. The club entered a 2nd team into the Alliance League for the first time in 3 seasons, finishing in 20th position. A new manager is expected for the 2nds along with several new players as the team looks to improve greatly on last season's disappointment.
