We visited a few weeks ago and were impressed with the fast service we received. Food was nice and cocktails were on offer - fantastic!!!! Will be back again. Recommended.

Staff were lovely. So helpful. Food was delicious and really filling. Will definitely be back.

Just had the notorious P.I.G and it was fantastic .. great place staff are excellent can't wait to come back ! 10/10

It was my first visit to Monterey Jacks in Dunfermline. From the moment we walked through the door the welcome we were given by waiter Kirk Beech was first class. The food was delicious and beautifully cooked and presented. Thanks again to Kirk Beech for ensuring our visit was first class from beginning to end.

Delicious food, seated right away, not too pricey either, can't wait to come back�

We went for our lunch today and really enjoyed it. Friendly and helpful staff, great menu . Would highly recommend the burgers . We will definitely be back.

over priced for what u get, cocktails were nice though and the staff was helpful and friendly wouldnt hurry back for food.

Was very disappointed, went along Sunday afternoon, was seated very quickly. Staff friendly enough however appearance of some of their trousers and tops were rather dirty. Shelf under coffee machine was very dirty and ledge on lower level was really dirty. Food came quick enough however the quality of the food was poor, Luke warm rather expensive fast food burger wouldn't rush back 😪

I'm torn because the food is good. But the service is abysmal. For being so small there really is no excuse. Nachos were great though.

Been looking forward to the opening - me & my partner were up town today early afternoon & walked in looking for a table for lunch. We were met at the door & were told "We don't have any tables at the moment & I don't know when one will be free". Not the greatest of customer service at all� We didn't even get given a rough estimate of how long to wait, or given the offer to have a drink whilst we waited. I know you's have just opened & teething problems are likely - but greater customer service is absolutely needed. Wouldn't be in any great rush to head back just in case we're faced with the same scenario & the same lack of customer service.

Walked in and tried to book a table only to be slide tackled from behind on arrival. Won't be back.

Took our daughter for her birthday as thats where she wanted to go, arrived and was seated by a very nice staff member and our order was taken and drinks arrived very fast, that's the good bits now the table had sharp wood under it and I had shorts on and got several splinters, the food order was wrong although it was good food but the most disgusting bit of all was the boss, older guy with glasses on spoke to the staff like crap and telling them of in front of customers. His attitude to staff is horrendous and if anyone spoke to my child like that ( the staff were all between 16 and 20 and he's late 40's) I would be having a serious word with him. Over all the young staff have not got a clue what there doing but try very very hard but management needs to learn how to become managers. Won't be back and with that attitude can't see the place being open long
