wOn’t let me put this on lousianna house of pancakes page but hoping this can get back to them. Came in this morning with a buggy, been in before myself but always get a bit nervous going into small restaurants with it as a new mum big thank you to the lassie with the blue shirt who offered me a high chair straight away couldn’t of been more helpful defo put me at ease. Small things like this make a big differentce, get along if u can 👍 pancakes were great as per last time ! New fave place X

Visited yesterday and had the mac and cheese nachos which were excellent! Would also like to thank Craig who gave outstanding customer service and went the extra mile for us and nothing was too much trouble. I hope he will be praised for this. Will definitely be back :)

Visited here today for the first time and very impressed. Food was so fresh and delicious and got a gorgeous cheesecake to take away. Menu is very good and staff very friendly. Only thing is i wouldnt have known it was there unless we went into the arcade. Would be handy if out in the street. Will defo be back!!!

The service is always fab when we're in. The food is always nice. My kids love coming in, which is a bonus, because my son is a fussy eater.

My daughter and I decided to visit for the 1st time on Sunday 29/10/17. Polite servers but only 2 of them for a Sunday lunchtime so service could have been speedier (not their fault). We sat inside but kept our jackets on for a while as it wasn't very warm. There were no sweet potato fries available so opted for regular which were not great - bit soggy and tasted and smelt greasy. Chicken burgers were ok and the slaw was delish, albeit a bit chunky. My daughter liked the milkshake for desert. However, taking into account what other restaurants are available in the town centre , on balance it's unlikely we'll be back :( SEE UPDATED COMMENTS BELOW

Just back from our first visit here......and thoroughly enjoyed it. Myself, my partner and our 3 teenage boys (who could probably eat their own bodyweight in food) had a variety of dishes. Pizzas, burgers, nachos, chicken bucket, mac & cheese, fries.......as well as a selection of desserts including a milkshake. There was no complaints with any dishes...or the portion size for that matter. (I'm a big lad and I left stuffed).

All staff were attentive and polite from the moment we entered til after the bill was settled... including a young lady who kept apologising saying she was just learning...tho she didn't put a foot wrong.

Just under £100 to feed a family of 5 was good value too, considering the variety of meals we had.

Looking forward to visiting again (without the boys this time) to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and cool décor.

We hadnt booked a table but where welcomed to sit and enjoy a cocktail while we waited. the girl behind the bar and the waiter where very welcoming and attentive and the cocktails where fab. Once at our table the waiter helped us pick from the extensive menu and we where not a long wait for our food. i had the chicken jack with chunky fries and really enjoyed it everyone else i was out with had something different and enjoyed it also, all in all a very good experience, definitely would return.

Great service today! Staff where wonderful and class! Will definitely be back, Jesus Claire and Rommy where extremely attentive. Will be back.

Great atmosphere, food was fabulous (get the Stilton, bacon and gourmet sausage pizza - unreal), and the staff were absolutely lovely! Couldn’t have done enough for us. Can’t wait to come back!

Nutty chicken was ace! The sweet potato fries come with maple syrup on (not a lot but enough to taste) and was quick enough to come out. Could have done with the staff mentioning that all the drinks were listed on the menu and offering to get a drink straight away when seating rather than waiting 5 mins. But with a huge cocktail menu I'm sure a lot of people ask for a few minutes anyway. Two mains, a side, a pudding, & 4 drinks came to £37. For city centre prices and a rather cool venue that's more than acceptable ��

Went tonight and got in before the VDay rush. Ordered a lamb burger, macaroni cheese nachos and a side of onion rings which hubs and I shared. Everything was good except the onion rings. They were terrible. Soaked with oil and soggy. We complained to the waitress and asked her to tell the manager. Don’t think she did. We hoped they would take the price of the onion rings off the bill but they didn’t. They were totally inedible. We’ll probably go back but anything fried will be avoided.

On a flying visit to Scotland (from Kent) I met up with the singer of one of my old bands (she’d moved up here)



We decided on Monterey Jacks as we fancied good old fashioned Americana.



Service was fabulous. I had the Chilli Dawg and my god it was scrummy. Both my friend’s and my food was perfectly cooked and we left nothing.



My only bugbears: music provided for ambiance was too loud. It made it difficult to catch up with my friend as we found it hard to have a conversation. On asking if it could be turned down, I swear the bar man either turned it up or pretended to turn the knob. Also, my Chilli Dawg was served in a baking tray and the fries came out in a mini shopping basket. FFS - what ever happened to plates? I had to ask for a plate which was duly provided!

Excellent food, however the app no longer seems to work and the phone goes unanswered when trying to place an order.

Vistied last night and was SO dissapointed. We were sat down quickly which was good and drinks came fast. But we were totally forgotten about. 25mins later a waitor came, after me catching his attention and he told me he thought other collegues had been dealing with us. Anyway! Our order was placed and me and my partner both ordered the 'Yeehaa' burgers. I wouldn't say they were super fast in coming out but they didn't take ages either but when we both cut into the burgers they were RAW inside. Not even pink they were completely RED. The manager came over apologised and replaced the burgers and the whole meal so we could start over again. I was offered a free drink and then the second burgers came out. By this point i was really struggling and found a few pink bits without so i barely ate any of it. My partner ate his burger and is now ill today. We were told when the bill came we were getting a discount off the whole bill. When i looked at the receipt only £2.63 was taken off. We were served RAW food and I barely touched the second burger i was given after feeling like I was going to spew at any moment. I spoke with the manager again who was lovely and really understood our upset and took both burgers off the bill. But other staff didnt handle the situation well at all. The waitress that told us we were getting our whole meal replaced for fresh food asked me 'is everything okay for you now'? As if im the one who had the issue. It was not my fussiness that was the problem here, the problem was that our burgers were basically still Mooing at us on our plates. We won't be back unfortunately and it was very dissapointing especially since its the first night we have been out in a long time after having our little boy. Between getting raw food and bad service. The manager and one other guy at the end were the only people who were understanding and nice.

Ordered a meal from here this evening and was very disappointed to find that the corn that we ordered was sour and completely gone off. Such a shame as the rest of the meal was fine; but the corn left a horrible taste in our mouths.

Was really disappointed with service we had today was in ordered out food and then two tables came and were seated, finished, and paid while we still waited on our food to come. A hour to wait when place was quiet was pretty bad. No one came over to check to see if we had our order taken. A place I normally like to go aswell. Went to the drink area to complain still payed for out two colas and left all the bar staff could say was oh sorry about that and that was it.

The only good thing about our visit were the burgers, service is terrible and the staff didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing, we had four different servers, all equally dour faced and we had to keep trying to get attention when two burgers and drinks wasnt that complicated. Chips were tasteless and the orange juice was warm.

Me and my friend came and were sat at the outdoor area which was freezing and then we were forgotten about as we had to wait 30 mins to be served and then nobody came to take the plates away and asked if we wanted anything else for another 30 mins after that. The service was shocking as a lot of waiting staff walked past our table but ignored to ask us anything. The food was also a bit of a dissapointment and the drinks could have been presented a lot better. We ended up leaving very unsatisfied and we will definitely not be back. It was a big let down �

Had heard a lot of good things about this place and had seen a lot of pictures of the meals and drinks so decided to try it after months of waiting. Me and my friend came and were sat at the outdoor area which was freezing and then we were forgotten about as we had to wait 30 mins to be served and then nobody came to take the plates away and asked if we wanted anything else for another 30 mins after that. The service was shocking as a lot of waiting staff walked past our table but ignored to ask us anything. The food was also a bit of a dissapointment and the drinks could have been presented a lot better. We ended up leaving very unsatisfied and we will definitely not be back. It was a big let down �
