Moonzie House - Studio Description
The studio apartment is a new conversion of the former stables at Moonzie house, the former manse to the old Moonzie Church. The location is secluded but with easy access to the local town of Cupar where all the usual amenities can be found. The immediate neighbour is an arable farm so there can be typical farm noises. Artist owned, the studio is quirky and characterful
with its spiral staircase and occasional vintage furniture, though kitchen, bathroom and beds are all modern!
There are two double bedrooms however up to around eight can be accommodated at a push - there is a double sofa bed in
the open plan living area and extra floor mattresses can be provided for the mezzanine area.
Facilities such as washing-machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, television and dvd player with selection of dvd's, wireless internet and landline, if required, are provided. Any other needs can usually be met from the house. Our own free range eggs and home made bread can be purchased when available.

April – June: £500
July – September: £550
October – December: £450
