Wishing Farooq and the staff at Morale all the very best for 2017. Really good business full of quality furnishings and we are totally satisfied with everything we have bought over last year, and I'm sure it will be the same this year! Great products, great service and great experience always.

We bought our garden furniture on Saturday lunchtime and we were sitting on it in our garden at tea time.

Visited here with my wife for a new table and chairs for the dining room. The place is stunning, high quality and enjoyable to walk around. Most guys don't really enjoy furniture - I know, but it was great.



I'll start with the selection options - there's tonnes of different dining tables at different prices. Customer service wasn't too pushy either and we actually felt like they wanted to help us, not sell to us! Got the table and the wife picked up new bedding too. Would certainly recommend and go back!

Staff were very friendly and helpful...bought my dinning table n chairs yesterday and will definitely be back for more furniture...so much choice..I love it all x

Morale home furnishings have a fab selection of beautiful furnishings....i have just had a dining set and side board delivered and I love it! However, was not impressed with arranged delivery. On three occasions i was told I would be called to confirm day of delivery. Three times this didnt happen! Eventually after an irate call we got our items. I must say, the lady in the Hillington showroom was great and we defo would shop there again...if.....we were assured delivery would be when initially agreed! This was our first visit to morale furnishings....so, somewhat dissaponted in service but not in items.

Love this place. Got my marble dinning table from here and its amazing. The show room is out of this world xx

Just furnished my dinning room , living room and bedroom all from this store , Billy and the team were very helpful nothing was a problem , delivery men also did an amazing job of setting up all of the flat packed pieces , delighted with the service thanks Morale

I have won the rotary wall mount mirror I can thank staff at morale home furnishings esp Chritine for the chance to win this!! ;-) I know loads off ppl sat they haven't won anyting but the most I've ever one was £8 after spending a lot more on the actual scratchcards ! So believe me these comps are real & are well worth it for the little you have to do! I'll defo be entering Feb's comp what is there to loose?! AGAIN MORALE HOME THANK YOU ,.

Excellent customer services, Paid for the goods 4 weeks ago and I was told it would take up to 5-6 weeks to arrive, Delivered today ( Earlier than expected ) supper happy ..Thank you so much

Amazing service today from start to finish, beautiful showroom with friendly and inviting staff, will be happy to shop there again!! Five star service from a lovely woman, who made great recommendations and advice on what to buy to furnish our house!! Look forward to returning. � ����

Lovely products but poor customer service. Delivery times given were inaccurate and misleading. Placed order for 2 mirrors and lamp and after 3weeks I received call to collect only to arrive at the shop to find only one mirror and lamp as the other mirror had been discontinue. Despite being in touch with shop on several occassions on anothee matter this was never mentioned. Placed an order for a replacement mirror which they stated would be here in a couple of days only to have to cancel order when after 3weeks they had no delivery date. Also ordered dining table and chairs, table and 1 chair arrived damaged I appreciate these things happen but was annoyed at some comments made insinuating that we had caused the damage although I did receive a full refund as promised. Just a pity customer service was not better as I am doing a full house and some of the products are lovely and I would've placed more orders for bedroom furniture and accessories. A good start would be ensuring realistic delivery dates are given and if items are delayed from suppliers that customers are informed ahead of schedule and dont need to keep calling for updates which is very frustrating. Would recommend staff also keep comments to themselves

Customer service on the other hand is abysmal, been 4 weeks late with our dining table now and now having to wait another week for delivery which was a staggering £95



Bit over the top considering the hassle, timescale and the cheek of the male who is answering the calls. Couldn't resolve any problems. Easy way out saying no to any questions we had.



Shocking service!

The shop has beautiful stuff which is great if you want to wait 15 weeks for your items which you have already paid for!

Ordered start of December, promised it would be here end of January and still waiting start of March.

Not impressed customer service is awful and told lies about our order being in the store and it hasn’t been, still waiting for our items and we are also out of pocket. We always have to contact the store no one ever calls us to update of when our order will arrive. Will NEVER be shopping here again.

Purely for very bad customer service and obvious lack of communication between your team as the director said he didn't get my message although I had phoned around 5 times and the message had been passed on! Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

Ordered dinning room table and coffee table from in store and paid in full in good faith .8 weeks later and 2 cancellations (one in all fairness due to weather )after been told it would be 12 days .dinning table turns up with the wrong seats to which my wife is told that’s what you ordered.on the receipt we have clearly stated leather chairs but supposedly the same order number as the cloth ones �.so we now have a table which is no use as we don’t have chairs .absolute joke service.if the chairs don’t arrive in the next week or two the dinning table will be outside my house along with the coffee table and I’ll get my full money back from in store .avoid please after spending £1600 you expect better service or even the correct order .ps I don’t expect a response as I can see from previous reviews

We rang to cancel & were told a week last Friday that if we confirmed in writing (email) we would get a full refund within 5 working days. Rang today & was promised someone would call me back. Nobody has called. I'm seriously beginning to think we have been scammed! Still saying 4 to 6 weeks on website! Not happy at all. Give this company a wide berth. If & when our money is returned I will remove my comments.

I purchased a considerable amount of Monte Carlo furniture over a year ago. I was happy with the sales service I received from Christine & was looking into buying more of the same range. However I visited the shop on the 6th of November 2016 in order to highlight the Kingsize bed & vanity table I purchased with additional lighting wasn't working at all. I was informed by the member of staff to put it in writing and it will be dealt with promptly. I have repeatedly emailed and had no response / reply to my emails in order to get this rectified. It's now the 30th of May 2017 and still no further forward. Such a shame as I'm looking at purchasing more of the range & will have to look into another supplier if this is how the company operates.
