People should be made aware of this company. They took advantage when my brother went to purchase sofas, within 4 months the pattern was worn off. We were informed that this was a normal outcome due to wear and tear, we're not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. They are not even willing to come to inspect the item. These people should not be allowed to sell shoddy merchandise.

Went in to browse at dining tables. Man was very friendly, helpful and not too pushy with sales chat. In the end couldn't decide between 2 dining sets but will definitely go back once we have made our choice.

Cheap and tacky pieces of furniture sold at exorbitant prices. No staff to speak of on hand with any knowledge of the products in this warehouse.

After a confirmation over the phone that cover for the garden furniture will be available next week we made a payment. 10 days later no signs of the cover. Phoned to the seller and he promised to contact the supplier and call back. No call back, had to call them myself to find out the item is not available but might be in stock couple of weeks later. We agreed cancel the order.
Days later no refund in our bank account. Had to call twice to receive money back. Not very good customer service.

Ordered cushions for my sun loungers.Considerably cheaper than any other vendor and items were delivered within a couple of days. Can't fault the company in any way
