As paul is missing most of this week (the last week) of our 10 week transformation here are his results to date!
Nothing short of incredible!!!!
This I feel highlights the hard work it takes not only through a transformation but afterwards too. He did not stop during the couple week cross over from the last one!
... After completing his second transformation back to back it is no wonder he has earned the nickname Paul "half human half machine" cheyne 😂
Just 6 months ago Paul had never stepped inside the gym or had no interest in doing so either 🤷🏽‍♂️😂 now he lives there with us 🔥💪🏽

So where do I start, as many I kept saying I'll start the gym on Monday... several Mondays and months past and yet I was nowhere near joining the gym.

It was four years since I last stepped foot in a gym and I didn't want to feel embarrassed about being out of place, and most of what I thought and knew back then had been forgotten.

After looking at a few gyms and Personal Trainers online, I noticed Grants profile and a little bit of digging I seen some of his online videos with other clients.

I could see that he was very passionate about his work and experienced with working on peoples personal goals, so it was at that point I contacted Grant, told him where I was in my fitness level (which was none) and what outcome I was looking for.

He arranged for us to meet, so that I did and it was straight in to the deep end. Had my first class with Grant, I was there with a lot of other regulars in the class.

He didn't make me feel awkward or intimidated, that was my biggest fear. The class went well and it was from that one day I was hooked.

It's only been over 3 weeks, but already noticed small changes but I feel amazing, I have more energy, and more dedication to this now than ever before.

Grant has been there all the way, he has worked with me from day one. He's a friendly, fun guy who has a great energy about him, he's approachable and is always there if you have any questions, queries or worries.

I would highly recommend Grant as a Personal Trainer or even attending one of his classes, you'll be glad you did.

..12 weeks ago I started a “body transformation” and I never in a million years thought I’d be where I am now. I may have lost some pounds and inches but what I’ve gained weighs so much more and that wouldn’t have been possible without Grant.



From day 1 he has been in my corner backing me and making sure I’m where I need to be. He’s not just been my PT, he’s been my friend, councillor, boss, and biggest pain in my arse. There’s been days where he’s been my favourite person in the world because I see results but there’s also definitely been days where I’ve wanted to punch him square in the jaw but I suppose it’s all about that balance 😜. Day or night, rain or shine he’s at the end of the phone (unless he’s had a bevy then it’s anyone’s guess where he is) and that’s the best support ever. His training is second to none and I’ve never pushed myself physically so much in my life. I’ve done things I never thought would ever be possible and could not be happier with my body right now.



I’ve also had the pleasure of being introduced to a whole new gym fam thanks to you, who now I can’t imagine being without and they have been such a huge part of this process. We have come so far as a team and I’m proud as punch of all 4 of us 💙💚💛. BIG UP ANTZ, WEE MEGS AND IAN 💪🏼👏🏼.



When I first seen Grant’s original transformation advert I was on holiday taking it way too far and in the worst shape of my life. I didn’t know for sure if I wanted to do it but the best thing I done in 2017 was send him that first message. To anyone having a single double about whether this is for you or not, if you want to improve your physical, mental and general well being even the smallest amount then get involved. I promise you won’t regret it. There’s only one negative thing I can think of that’s came out of my 12 weeks and that’s spending a fortune on a whole new wardrobe 😝.



I’m not going to lie and say it’s been easy, because it’s not. This hasn’t been a quick fix fad diet, it’s been a complete lifestyle change and choice. It’s been 12 solid weeks of hard graft, endless hours in the gym, early mornings and late nights, consistently better choices in the kitchen and absolutely more than a few weak points and doubts. But that’s all part of the journey and I have loved every second. And if it doesn’t challenge you? It does not change you. Period.

Absolutely over the moon with 12 week transformation. At the start thought it would be great to lose a little bit of weight and get a wee bit fitter. Couldn't believe the visible changes in my body within a couple weeks. Getting great compliments of people. Half way through the course my fitness level was better than it was 10 years ago. ..12 weeks ago I started a “body transformation” and I never in a million years thought I’d be where I am now. I may have lost some pounds and inches but what I’ve gained weighs so much more and that wouldn’t have been possible without Grant.



From day 1 he has been in my corner backing me and making sure I’m where I need to be. He’s not just been my PT, he’s been my friend, councillor, boss, and biggest pain in my arse. There’s been days where he’s been my favourite person in the world because I see results but there’s also definitely been days where I’ve wanted to punch him square in the jaw but I suppose it’s all about that balance 😜. Day or night, rain or shine he’s at the end of the phone (unless he’s had a bevy then it’s anyone’s guess where he is) and that’s the best support ever. His training is second to none and I’ve never pushed myself physically so much in my life. I’ve done things I never thought would ever be possible and could not be happier with my body right now.



I’ve also had the pleasure of being introduced to a whole new gym fam thanks to you, who now I can’t imagine being without and they have been such a huge part of this process. We have come so far as a team and I’m proud as punch of all 4 of us 💙💚💛. BIG UP ANTZ, WEE MEGS AND IAN 💪🏼👏🏼.



When I first seen Grant’s original transformation advert I was on holiday taking it way too far and in the worst shape of my life. I didn’t know for sure if I wanted to do it but the best thing I done in 2017 was send him that first message. To anyone having a single double about whether this is for you or not, if you want to improve your physical, mental and general well being even the smallest amount then get involved. I promise you won’t regret it. There’s only one negative thing I can think of that’s came out of my 12 weeks and that’s spending a fortune on a whole new wardrobe 😝.



I’m not going to lie and say it’s been easy, because it’s not. This hasn’t been a quick fix fad diet, it’s been a complete lifestyle change and choice. It’s been 12 solid weeks of hard graft, endless hours in the gym, early mornings and late nights, consistently better choices in the kitchen and absolutely more than a few weak points and doubts. But that’s all part of the journey and I have loved every second. And if it doesn’t challenge you? It does not change you. Period.



I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me over the past 3 months. You da man G, see you in January for round 2 🏋🏼‍♀️❤️.

Absolutely over the moon with 12 week transformation. At the start thought it would be great to lose a little bit of weight and get a wee bit fitter. Couldn't believe the visible changes in my body within a couple weeks. Getting great compliments of people. Half way through the course my fitness level was better than it was 10 years ago. At the end of 12 weeks lost 22lb in weight and feel so much healthier than have in years, feel a lot more positive and confident. Grant is the only person who could have made this possible. Grant is an amazing person and a friend for life. He just pushes you that little bit harder each week. Hard work with amazing results at end. So happy ready to start another 10 week transformation. ��
