Never known anything so ridiculous. My littlest one has his needles later today, so I went to Morrison’s earlier (straight from gym so had nothing on me other than my bank card).. put all my shopping through, the woman comes over due to ‘restricted items’ which was a bottle of infant calpol. Baring in mind I’m always topping up on the likes of painkillers and also buy alcohol from there and never ever have I been asked for ID. Yet I’ve literally had to give back the bottle of INFANT calpol because I don’t ‘look’ 25? I’m sorry I appreciate the woman was doing her job but when women are capable of having babies around age 16+ I think being refused a bottle of calpol is just mad. Makes it worse that I said ‘aw really? it’s only for my babies needles later’ and I got back ‘doesn’t matter what it’s for you can’t have it without ID’ totally patronising.

Went yesterday with my mother in law and 2 children my mother in law asked a member of staff if she could buy the 2 for £15 chairs for kids to be told there was none left just the ones on display so she asked if she could buy them to be told he would have to ask his manager he came back and said the manager said there not for sale just display so we left went around the store to bump into a member of staff who clearly had reserved them and they were in her shopping trolley nd no longer were we saw them on display what a absolute cheek to be bare faced lied to and get caught out!! We then went into the cafe for tea and the person on the till had a stinking attitude and was so rude huffing and puffing and slamming stuff down! No manners what so ever we were solely disappointed

Was in Morrisons caffe in jarrow on the 14/2/18 around 1 with my 2 year old when I started vomiting ( Bering in mind I’m heavily pregnant) and not one of your members of staff helped me! My mother had to leave work to come and help me, the only time someone came over was when my mam asked for something to clean up with. My partner then came from work to rush me to hospital where I had to stay in for server dehydration and had to be put on fluids and my unborn baby had to be monitored as I was close to losing him, I will not be going back

Sadly the woman on the cigarette counter is a bit of a ... it seems at 26 years of age I’m old enough with ID to buy a scratch card yet not old enough to collect the winnings. Very unfortunate considering you only need to be 16 to buy the thing
