I work here the supermarket is ok great bargins with wines and spirits. New home ware department and kids department called Nutmeg clothes are good value great texture and wash brilliantly.

Nice cafe and coffee shop just nrely refurbished. Toilet clran. Shop tidy and wrlcoming.

Large morrisons, great range, good prices and normally small queues at checkout.

Busy Saturday afternoon. No peppers or potatoes, and shelves empty. Very few staff on the floor. Tills were 4 deep. Commitment to open other tills if more than one in queue not met. It is not a staff problem but a staffing one. Management are responsible for delivering customer service, and on this evidence, failing. Plenty of other options available

Absolutely terrible customer service! Woman at kiosk at from of store was the most rude person I have met in my life, first of all asking me for ID for a lottery ticket, I understand challenger 25 but that is ridiculous it's not alcohol or cigarettes! Her manner when I asked her if she thinks I look under 16 was appalling, she was asked me to leave the store and I was by no means being rude myself. Spoke to the duty manager about it and he agrees it is terrible. I recommend not to go to this store, as the staff in checkouts are also very rude.
