Morven Cottage

Self-catering accommodation in the heart of Peebles.

Morven Cottage is a traditional whinstone cottage in the heart of the bustling Borders town of Peebles. The cottage was built in 1870 by a local stonemason, Robert Mason, who lived in the cottage with his family. It was then passed down through the generations until it was sold to the Noble family in 1996. At this time the cottage required substantial renovation to bring it up to modern standards. The Nobles lived in the cottage for 14 years, adding to and adapting it as their family grew. The family left for a larger home in 2011, renting the cottage out before making it available as a holiday let in 2013.
