Just your average service station to be fair. Has a Burger King, Costa, Marks & Spencer's and a WHSmith. Moto is fairly expensive as you can typically expect from motorway service stations. Burger King is certainly marked up compared to a normal high street Burger King!

The staff member who served us in WHSmith last time wasn't exactly the most professional, speaking on her mobile phone whilst serving us. Fair enough if it was dead all day so she made a call, but at the very least ask the person on the other end to wait a minute whilst you serve. Watching her whisper to my friend to present his card to make a payment was certainly very unprofessional and made me cringe a little.

That being said, the Burger King staff were great and I've never had an issue with the WHSmith staff before then, being in on a weekly basis. Can't comment on the rest however as I've never been to any of the other places in the stop.

The petrol station employee was rapid on last visit and are always pretty quick, already had the pump up ready to take payment when the driver went in to pay, rather than having to ask which pump.

It's ok but as a long distance lorry driver I need to park my lorry in a decent spot and parking on a downhill slope on a very small lorry park isn't my cup of tea. And after almost a 15 hr day all that's on offer is a burger king or a warmed up sandwich from Costa Coffee costing a whopping £450 OR go to M&S for cold food ,that's if you can get there before they close and dispose of all the sandwiches in the bins come on give us more level parking space and a decent meal for the night "please"

User

Costa is great for a quiet chat. M&S store shuts far too early at 8pm to benefit from it.

User

Not a good service station for food. Fast food burger/chicken type stalls. Coffee OK from Costa plus their usual snack range. Usual shop, toilets etc. plus fuel. There is also a helpful tourist office.

User

Burger King really letting the side down here! Good selection of shops to get a coffee and/or some food. Burger King however are under staffed having only one person serving during peak lunch hour

User

Clean but a bit limited. But I'm not a fan of Costa as I don't like the taste of their decaf. So if you like Costa this is probably a great place to stop. It feels quite small and limited. But good for a quick stop

User

Good selection of shop. Mens toilets not so good old and many out of order. Parking ok but not extensive.

User

Stop off after visit to the Kelpies plenty facility's bite to eat not the Cheapest mostly fast- food outlets quick stop off so was OK ☕☕👍👍

User

Stopped here for a quick pit stop, ended up getting something to eat. Clean and tidy, staff were helpful too. Normal service station prices.

User

Really good. Has everything you need for a stop off.

User

Very very expensive, better travelling an extra mile and nipping into Stirling and going to proper shops

User

Decent enough services. The usual fayre: a Costa Coffee, Burger King and WH Smiths. Hardly the most exciting place, but decent enough.

User

Small service station but good facilities. I only wish the Costa self service machine in the shop did flavour shots so I didn't have to wait in the ever-long Costa queue!!
