Recently bought a used Mini from Motor Mile Motors. It was easy and a simple process from start to finish. They kept me fully informed throughout the process and the delivery of my new car. I would fully recommend buying a used vehicle from them. 10 out of 10. Thank you guys for your help in me finding my right car.

PUBLIC BE WARNED!!!!! These cowboys also own Ancrum Motors and South Street Motors. Do not buy a car from these con men. They sold me a vehicle that had so many things wrong with it. Charlie Sandeman (owner of Motormile Motors) gets his brother David Sandeman (owner of Fyffe MOT & Service Centre) to carry out dodgy MOTs and repairs. Motor Mile Motors Warranty is carried out by his bro with a back hander and a wink. I wasn't given a MOT refusal certificate or emissions certificate when I collected my vehicle and upon returning my vehicle back to them for repairs they didn't even fix the problem and I got my car back in a worse condition than I handed it to them! Both the finance company and their Broker Eurodrive said my only option was to hand the car back or give it to them for further repairs. No chance. I have two disabled children and need a car.
I now have to fork out over a £1000 to get the car roadworthy. Mr Sandeman is a crook and his brother is an aggressive wimp.
Mr Sandeman. I look forward to seeing you in the newspaper again looking all Mr innocent. People like you always get their comeuppance!!!!!!

This is the second time i have went to view a certain vehicle the first time stood about for 25 mins never ever seen a salesman so walk away the most recent was today 19th of October i phoned at 8.50 and 9.25 approx and got no answer so chanced going along to view a choice of 2 freelanders fair enough plenty time to look around them after wondering arround for approx 30 to 40 mins got a nod from the guy in the office who was on the phone when we went in and still on the phone after we walked out surely not wanting a sale certainly lost out on a sale that day as was 90% going to buy a motor what a waste o time

AVOID at all cost! 2 cars bought from here, both hadn't been MOTd properly or even at all, both costing a fortune to fix after the MOT had ran out, Staff are untrustworthy and just blatantly lie about the cars condition! Rip off garage. Really bad quality car care and knowledge! CON MEN!

AVOID AVOID wife bought a astra 07 plate from here in 2012 when it was glencross motors it packed in after 3 weeks engine failure called tube cowboy owner and was told to just deal with it ourselves was also raided but police as the garage was frauding m.o.t.s and was selling cut and shut google glencross motors Dundee owner was charged with it now has opened it as motormile lol avoid people PLz don't waste your cash

been around alot of dealers in dundee and came across motormilemotors was left alone no pushy salesman introduced himself and found he has the same name as me went through my options and tailored the best option to suit my needs 10 out of 10 for service great value for money plus great rates on finance since then two of my friends have bought there as well

Absolute con artist AVOID!!! Bought a car from them they refused to give me the m.o.t certificate and told me not too worry it had passed an m.o.t a month prior. Drove the car home from motormile motors (130 miles) and during that time the heating packed in I heard a deafining noise from the front of the car ( both wheel bearings had gone) and after I had stopped the car wouldn't start ( the coil pack had gone) after contacting Jamie aka cowboy he told me to obtain a quote from a garage and he would then pay for the repairs (even though he had promised and rac warranty when we purchased the car) sent him the quote to which I had no reply for days. Contacted again to get an extremely rude and abusive Jamie telling me he wasn't going to fix it! Leaving me with the costs... I have thankfully got protection under my finance company and they covered the costs which they are now trying to claim back from them. Then a couple days later I obtained my m.o.t from the gov.uk website to find a list of advisories that are very scary including a severe oil leak and all totalling to around £1500 I might also add that the coil pack was that badly corroded it was sparking and the garage said I was extremely lucky it hadn't caught fire. This is the car I use to take my disabled daughter to hospital!! Con artist cowboy rip off merchant and utter dishonestly AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP TRUST THE REVIEWS I just wish I had done my homework! There are plenty more car dealerships around I can see another "name change" just around the corner. Enjoy it while it lasts Jamie! Your company won't last long with customer service like this

Best place to buy a car. Bought my 5 year old Ford Focus from here and it was totally spotless and like brand new. New tyres and wipers and a full documented service history. Hpi clean and immaculate in every way. Service from staff was great. Thanks Motormile
