Motorpoint Glasgow

Interesting place never bought a car from Motorpoint before well it was a car my son bought but I did most of the dealings for him as it was his first car.
Motorpoint are pretty much the price is the price take it or leave it kind of situation with that said I did my home work and for good reason they are far the best priced on the market. I dealt with Colin Bone on the paperwork side of things and what a well oiled machine indeed car registered and taxed all from the site on Motorpoint never seen that done before. After my son's experience I would consider buying my next car from Motorpoint.

Excellent service. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend. Would definitely buy a car of Motorpoint again. Bought a Toyota Avensis and the guy I was dealing with was called Isaac. He got the car moved for me to Glasgow so it was easier for me to pick up. Also refunded me travel expenses due to having to cancel my pick up date. Absolutely brilliant from the word go.

Excellent reception and service initially from Emily and then when I picked the car up, from Paul Kyle. At no time was there any pressure to rush a decision or to purchase the 'extras' on offer. The paperwork process was also dealt with in a trouble free, professional, and courteous manner. Based on this experience I will certainly consider Motorpoint for a future purchase.

We felt very welcome on arrival at Motor point. When asked what we were looking for, we were shown in the direction of car of that size, handed a pen and enquiry form and left to freely walk round without pressure. Our experience was very enjoyable. Our requests were met without any problems and was helped by Dave being very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend Motorpoint and would like to thank Dave for going the extra mile, and after numerous requests, still kept in contact to ensure we got the car we wanted. Handover from Paul was made simple and quick, allowing us to drive away happy. Would recommend Motorpoint to anyone.

An efficient and smooth process from start to finish. I had reserved the car with a deposit, the price being good compared to national prices. When I arrived to view the car it was ready for a test drive and inspection. One minor defect I picked up has been dealt with, without question. The paperwork was dealt with quickly as was inspection of my trade in. The trade in value was fair, equal to the value I had needed to haggle over to obtain at two other large dealers. I didn't want to take any add ons, and wasn't subjected to any unwanted pressure to do so. Thanks to Gavin and Emily for making this straightforward !

Just purchased a new car with Motorpoint and my experience couldn't have been more positive! Cath provided us with lots of information about the car and advised us to best meet our needs. Collected my new car from Motorpoint Glasgow on 17/4/17 and I have to say how good the entire experience was. From the time of arriving at the premises I was treated in a genuinely friendly way by all the staff. There was no sign of the hard sales methods I have experienced recently at other well known car dealers. I was left to browse and once I had selected a car a test drive was provided. There was no pressure to take any financial products and the entire process was painless.(other than handing over the money!) Thanks to Salesman Gavin Sneddon for his help, and to Colin Bone who handed over the vehicle in a very professional manner. The car had been prepared to a very good standard and I would certainly use Motorpoint again to avoid the dodgy sales techniques of some of the competition. Thanks Motorpoint.
