Homelessness prevention

Move On is a Scottish charity that works to support people affected by homelessness and to prevent homelessness, especially among vulnerable young people who face a higher risk of becoming homeless.

We support groups, such as young people from care /supported accommodation, young people attending Social Emotional Behavioural Difficulty (SEBD) schools and those at risk of disengaging from mainstream schools.

By working alongside people we enable them to develop the skills and tools they need to reach their own long-term solutions, by offering a range of practical and emotional support services that provides many people every year with the confidence, skills and abilities to get their lives back on track.
