You can rely on us for friendly advice and promotional support.
We are also able to supply promotional material tailored to your specific event in the form of
posters (sizes A3 A2 A1 ) and flyers (sizes A4 A5) where required.
Please order promotional materials at least 14 days prior to your event.

Technical Details
Our sound and lighting equipment is designed for venues from small halls to venues holding upto approx 500 people.
For larger venues we would expect to use house lights and pa or the use of a hired-in additional pa.
Power draw for lighting is minimal as we use energy efficient led lights.
Our equipment is fully PAT tested to satisfy electrical regulations.

We carry public liability and equipment insurance professionally tailored to our requirements.
Proof available on request.
Easy access is required from our vehicle to performance area.
Access to venue is needed 1. 5 hours before event start time for disco / karaoke and 3 hours before for duo or four piece band.
Two 13 amp power sockets preferred for on-stage equipment and lighting.
Once set up our equipment cannot be moved - any other acts would have to work around us.

Promotional and front of house support is essential.
Audience refreshments are desirable this can help improve ticket sales for events
