Coffee shop always very cold, but staff are great, especially Anna and Mark. They are always very happy to help customers.

Clean, well stocked and helpful staff.
Bakery is good too. Lovely café with great staff.

Lovely lady on the tills not a busy shop so in and out fast getting lunch

Why is it the old folk who shop in M&S are so rude. Words like excuse me or thank you don't seem to be part of their vocabulary.They just push by as if they have more right to be there than anyone else

As others commented bit pricey but u get what you pay for .quality great.

Good parking at this as high end good store. It's a bit more expensive than other good retailers, but quality is also better
