Long sleepless nights of searching were over when I saw MTB Monster site thru google. I decided to purchase my first fullsus mtb from them because they offer plenty of amazing bikes in fairly and reasonable prices. I am currently here in UAE yet they made it possible for me to have a Nukeproof mega 27.5 pro which is very hard to find in my place.

After having a couple of conversations and firing off multiple questions about my desired bicycle through the chat function I was really impressed by the excellent responsiveness and personal commitment of Paul and Hannah! Although on first glance the unbeatable price was the argument for MTB Monster I would say at the end the decision to buy the bicycle from Paul and Hannah was their unbelievable friendly and trustful service. I would again buy a bike from them. Can really recommend! Thank you!

Having just put in the order for a custom build Wrekoning, this review might be premature, but so fare the service has been great, Paul has been superb in advising me in which parts to choose taking his time to call me several times for lengthy talks. Hannah is now finalising my order and has also been very helpful and quick to reply my emails.



Now I am just waiting for the bike to arrive which I am confident is gonna be a fantastic bike/build. 5/5 stars from Norway!

Ordered an Orange Clockwork 100S 29er but had to have different forks put on due to shortage of advertised one and me wanting to use it for a race in the Lake District that weekend. Not only did they get the bike ready on very short notice, but when the wheel turned up being non-boost, Paul lent me his front wheel to use for the weekend! Had an awesome time and the bike handled like a dream. Cheers!

From the first email or the way though great customer service, didn't have what I wanted but Paul and Hannah took the time to listen and ended up building me what I wanted, travelled the two hours drive to collect and everything was spot on�

2 weeks ago, I was trying to order a bike from MTB monster's website and struggling with delivery options. Then Hannah helped me solve all problems step by step through E-mail. Today I received my new bike, the packaging and assembling quality is superb. Even I am on the other side of the Earth still can sense their passion of mountain bike. I am so honored to do business with them. Thank everyone of MTB monster especially Hannah.

I was struggling to find the bike I wanted where I live and only found mtb monster through Google, I hadn't heard of them before. They were happy to sell me the bike I wanted and had it in stock. After an initial misunderstanding where they cancelled my order and I had to reorder which cost me in currency conversion fees, I was eventually able to arrange my own courier collection of the bike to me overseas. When it arrived it had a slightly bent mech hanger and the gears were a bit out but that was insignificant after it's journey to the other side of the world. Easily fixed myself and now the bike is working superb. The rest of it was very well packed and I have recommended mtb monster to other friends looking to by their bikes from overseas. Improvements could be made to the website to remove VAT at purchase for overseas orders as I also lost out with currency fluctuations by the time they'd refunded it to me. Anyway, all in all I'm pretty happy with everything and would buy again

I contacted the store in regards to purchasing a Saracen Kili Flyer Elite, They were one of a few who had it available in my size. There customer service on the phone was great (never visited store), they ordered my bike and said they would build and set up my bike. When it arrived I was pleased to see it was well wrapped and packaged, I then put the handlebars on and the front wheel in. This is when I noticed that both tyres were flat, both brakes had a slight rub and the gears were a tiny bit out. Luckily I know how to sort these things out, but as they were supposed to build and set up my bike, I feel they could have done a better job, and if I was not able to sort these out I would have had to pay at my LBS to sort the problems out as I live hours away.
