Great service and prices.

How this place is still operating is beyond me. Bought a BMW from them and was told cash only (I wonder why?!). Alarm bells from the start but I did eventually manage to convince them to accept a bank transfer. Within 12 days the DCU power unit failed, lucky within their tight 30 day warranty. They reluctantly fixed it (over a grand). Within the past year, both abs rings and the rear drive shaft have broken and been replaced and now the entire turbo has blown. The cars now barely worth a grand. The staff are clowns. Use at your peril and DO NOT expect any after care.

After reading a few poor reviews on this garage and its services , i thought i had to put my experience in dealing with them up.
Jamie from the garage was who i dealt with from first seeing the car i wanted to getting it home. His customer service was 2nd to none and he went above and beyond to see me alright. There was a little hiccup with my new car but he had it sorted pretty quickly ,which was amazing considering the miles from where i am to the garage.
Definitely 5* service received :)

Booked MOT, due to unforeseen circumstances had to cancel and rearrange, they were brilliant. MOT today professional, polite and completed on time. Excellent would definitely use again. Thank you.

got a groupon deal for a cheap MOT and these guys were great - took the car at the booked time and it was ready when they said. No work required to pass which was a pleasant surprise for a 13 year old renault!

Don't go near it for mot failed my car because front brake was bigging slightly did not phone me had to take it back on other day took 5 minutes to sort drove 100 yds warning brake light came on took it back fixed it they had put it together wrong a cheap mot my auntie

very poor customer service from sales and when you do breakdown due to an issue with the car after 2 months there not interested, The RAC have withdrawn there RAC approved dealership status and there RAC approved repairer status. Yet there still advertising RAC warranties how does that work? I'm sure the RAC will be interested in finding this out.

Bunch of cowboys.!! But what frustrates me more is the fact that there still trading despite countless attempts from trading standards to close them down.. The courts need to take a firmer stance when dealing with rouges like these. I wish I'd checked there reviews before parting with my hard earned cash, however the small claims court await..

Unbelievable service from start to finish.. Firstly the salesman said he'd applied for finance on my behalf and unfortunately I'd been refused??? this seemed strange as he hadn't even taken my details however as I knew a bank loan wouldn't be a problem I decided to go along for a test drive only to find the car with a flat tyre and flat battery which really annoyed me as we had arranged a test drive with this salesman person. Bad experience from what seems to be a poorly disorganised run establishment... do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
