Consistently good food whether you're looking for a high quality lunch or just coffee and cakes. Great value for money and friendly welcoming staff.
On a sunny day try for a table (outside or in) looking out over the fabulous Ochil hills. Or why not finish here after an hour's easy walk around the scenic Gartmorn Dam?

Exelent spot good staff unfortunate acoustics when busy. Could do with a few soft hangings as dampeners. Nice food

Bright and spacious building, attentive waiting staff, good view over the Ochil Hills, excellent local produce for sale, great menu of home-made and/or healthy options (e.g. a variety of sandwiches, hot meals and desserts).

Light and airy cafe with love views over the Ochil hills. Friendly, efficient staff. Lovely light lunches and homemade baking. Shop sells local produce as well as their own baking.

Really tasty food and superb service go all the time would recommend

Good food, plus farm shop and comestibles and chilled foods. Only problem but common to most places is noise. Chairs scraping on hard floors, and this with the usual noises - coffee machines, unruly kids - is something that could be remedied by rubber feet covers on chairs. In most places nowadays, conversation is difficult, but at least at Muircot, there is plenty of space. Beautiful views from huge windows onto the Ochil Hills.

Excellent food and service with some great produce for sale. I recommend the lemon meringue pie!
