Mummy fitness classes that you can take your child /children along with you at no extra cost and enjoy a fitness class whilst your children play.

Being a mummy takes up most of the hours in a day, so finding time to exercise can be very hard. Gym memberships and crèches can be expensive and babysitters can be hard to find.
That is why I have started up these fitness classes that you can take you child /ren along with you and they can have a play whilst you get your daily exercise in.
The classes are very relaxed so if you need to tend to you child /ren during the class then you can stop and start as need be. You might want to take a few of your kids favourite toys to play with but there will be some toys provided.
